Our rustic wools are very dear to us!
100% sustainably produced wool from fine and medium-fine Merino sheep, carded and spun by master artisans in the province of León . It is free of any toxic treatment during the carding or dyeing process and is made with Oeko-Tex-certified products, thus preventing damage to the fiber and the environment.
It's an extremely pure wool as it doesn't contain any petroleum derivatives. This gives it a more rustic texture, ideal for adding that natural touch to your pieces .
Free from mulesing and animal abuse, they are produced on the Iberian Peninsula , thus supporting the local economy and the region's ancient textile traditions.
Application:
Ideal for use on your looms, punch needle projects, macrame wall hangings... as well as for making crochet or knitting pieces, in addition to other textile art techniques.
Merino wool thickness L is a 3-ply wool 4mm thick.
